This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you: (1) download or use the Blai mobile application (the "App") available on Google Play, or (2) visit the Blai website at https://www.blaiapp.io (the "Website").
By installing or using the App, or by accessing the Website, you agree to the practices described in this Policy and to our Terms of Service. Your use is at your sole risk.

Marketing Opt-Out: Use the unsubscribe link in emails or adjust settings in the App/Website

Where applicable by law (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), you may request correction, restriction, portability, or objection to processing.
5. Security
We use reasonable, industry-standard safeguards to protect your data. No system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Retention & Deletion
We retain information as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy and for legal or fraud-prevention reasons. When no longer needed, we delete or de-identify data within a reasonable time (usually within 90 days), unless required otherwise by law.
7. International Transfers
We may transfer personal data internationally using mechanisms such as Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, as applicable.
8. Children's Privacy
The App and Website are not intended for users under 16. If we learn we've collected data from a child, we will delete it.

We may update this Policy at any time. Updates will be posted with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after that date indicates acceptance.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
The App, Website, and all content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. Use is at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law:
Blai disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
Blai's total liability will not exceed any fees you paid in the 12 months before the event
Blai is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages
Nothing in this Policy limits liability that cannot be excluded under law
11. Dispute Resolution, Arbitration & Governing Law
Any dispute will be resolved by binding, confidential arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Class actions are waived. Massachusetts law governs, and arbitration will occur in Boston, MA.
